TOYOTA WINS THE 2020 24 HOURS OF LE MANS

The Japanese team has claimed a third win in succession at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Mission accomplished.

LMP1. Kazuki Nakajima drove the car he shared with Sébastien Buemi and Brendon Hartley across the finish line in first place to clinch a third win for the Toyota TS050 Hybrid at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The #8 car finished ahead of the Rebellion Racing #1 R13-Gibson of Bruno Senna/Norman Nato/Gustavo Menezes and its #7 sister car crewed by Mike Conway/Kamui Kobayashi/José-Maria Lopez.

LMP2. Victory for United Autosports with the #22 Oreca 07-Gibson (Phil Hanson/Filipe Albuquerque/Paul Di Resta), ahead of the #38 JOTA Oreca 07-Gibson (Anthony Davidson/Antonio-Felix Da Costa/Roberto Gonzalez) and the Panis Racing #31 Oreca 07-Gibson (Nicolas Jamin/Julien Canal/Matthieu Vaxivière).

LMGTE PRO. The Aston Martin Racing #97 Aston Martin Vantage AMR (Maxime Martin/Alex Lynn/Harry Tincknell) claimed first place, with the AF Corse #51 Ferrari 488 GTE EVO (Alessandro Pier Guidi/James Calado/Daniel Serra) just behind. The #95 Aston Martin Vantage AMR (Nicki Thiim/Marco Sørensen/Richard Westbrook) completed the podium.

LMGTE Am. Another victory for Aston Martin with the title going to TF Sport #90 Aston Martin Vantage AMR of Salih Yoluc/Charles Eastwood/Jonathan Adam. Second place went to the Dempsey-Proton Racing #77 Porsche 911 RSR (Christian Ried/Riccardo Pera/Matt Campbell) with the AF Corse #83 Ferrari 488 GTE EVO (François Perrodo/Emmanuel Collard/Nicklas Nielsen) third.
